The Service Greeter is the first point of contact for our service customers and plays an important role in keeping the service drive running smoothly each day.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers upon arrival in the service drive.
- Check in all service vehicles using dealership systems and technology.
- Assist with directing customers and vehicles efficiently.
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members.
- Maintain an organized and professional service lane environment.
