Bay Ridge Auto Group is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused Sales Concierge to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants an opportunity to grow within the automotive industry while earning hourly pay plus commission.

As a Sales Concierge, you will play an important role in supporting both the sales and service departments through customer communication, appointment coordination, administrative support, and creating a welcoming dealership experience.

We are looking for someone with a strong personality, positive energy, and the ability to make customers feel comfortable from the moment they walk in or call the dealership.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable speaking with customers in person and on the phone.
Positive, outgoing, and professional attitude.
Willingness to learn CRM systems and dealership software.
Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment.
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Comfortable making outbound calls and handling incoming inquiries.
Candidate should preferably live locally in Brooklyn or Staten Island.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls related to both sales and service departments.
Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations, follow-up, and customer communication.
Assist customers professionally both in person and over the phone.
Help manage customer leads and communication through the dealership CRM system.
Assist with spreadsheets, data entry, filing, and basic administrative tasks.
Greet showroom customers and create a welcoming first impression.
Support the sales and service teams with day-to-day communication and organization.
Maintain professionalism and organization at the front desk area.
Help contribute to a positive customer experience throughout the dealership.

Schedule Requirements:

Must be available to work weekends.
Flexible scheduling available.
Evening availability preferred.

Compensation:

Hourly pay plus commission opportunities.
