What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2–3 years of Sales Management experience at a Mazda dealership.
- Track record of leading a team to exceed volume and gross goals.
- Strong desking skills (Mazda incentives, leases, certified deals, etc.)
- Clear understanding of inventory control, lot organization, and merchandising.
- High CSI and customer-first mentality.
- Proficiency in Reynolds & Reynolds and modern CRM systems.
- Ability to coach, motivate, and hold salespeople accountable.
What You’ll Do:
- Desk deals, structure leases and retail contracts with speed and accuracy.
- Lead daily training, one-on-ones, and real-time coaching on the floor.
- Work hand-in-hand with the BDC to maximize appointment shows and conversions.
- Coordinate used vehicle trades, inventory flow, and pricing strategy.
- Drive process, culture, and consistency inside the showroom.
- Help build a Mazda department the right way—strong team, strong process, strong performance.
