Bay Ridge Mazda is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our high-performance team. We want a closer who understands compliance, product penetration, and how to move deals through the pipeline with precision and transparency.
What You Bring:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an F&I Manager at a Mazda or import dealership.
- High PVR with consistent product sales (warranty, maintenance, GAP, etc.)
- Fluent in lease structures, subprime financing, and special programs.
- Strong understanding of compliance, menu presentation, and lender relationships.
- Organized, reliable, and capable of handling volume without sacrificing accuracy.
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds and menu-based selling systems.
What You’ll Do:
- Present finance and aftermarket products in a clear, confident, and compliant manner.
- Secure funding and maintain strong lender relations across all credit tiers.
- Ensure every deal is papered clean, fast, and fully documented.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to move deals quickly through the funnel.
- Maintain high CSI and build customer trust from the desk forward.
- Manage daily deal flow, ensure accuracy, and handle DMV/doc processing with the support team.
