Who We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of proven Honda sales success.
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds or similar CRM/DMS.
- A track record of high CSI, strong customer follow-up, and deal consistency.
- Natural leadership qualities—you bring others up, not just yourself.
- A student of the business, eager to learn fixed ops, desking, team development, and process management.
- Self-motivated and highly coachable with a team-first mentality.
What You’ll Get:
