Bay Ridge Auto Group is growing, and we are looking to add an Automotive Bookkeeper to our team.
We are seeking individuals with dealership accounting experience, but we are also willing to train motivated candidates with strong accounting, bookkeeping, administrative, or data entry backgrounds who are looking to build a long-term career in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:
- Deal posting and processing.
- Accounts payable and receivable support.
- Data entry and reconciliation.
- Filing and maintaining records.
- Assisting with daily office operations.
- Working within dealership management systems.
- Supporting accounting and management teams.
Qualifications:
- Automotive dealership bookkeeping experience preferred.
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Accounting, bookkeeping, office administration, or data entry experience welcomed.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
