Bay Ridge Auto Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Service Director to help oversee one of the largest and busiest service operations in the New York City market.
This is an opportunity for a strong fixed operations leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and wants to grow within a large dealership group.
Honda experience is strongly preferred.
The ideal candidate understands how to balance customer experience, employee development, shop efficiency, and profitability while helping lead a large team of advisors, technicians, dispatchers, and managers.
Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily fixed operations
- Support and develop service advisors and management staff
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention
- Help improve shop productivity and workflow
- Monitor KPIs, gross profit, and technician efficiency
- Maintain strong communication between service, parts, and sales departments
- Help create and enforce dealership processes and accountability
- Handle customer escalations professionally and effectively
What We’re Looking For
- Automotive service management experience
- Honda experience preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to lead in a high-volume environment
- Process-oriented mindset
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus
- Team-first mentality with strong communication skills
